Detailed Shipping cost:

Due to the high prices billed by the Belgian Postal Service (BPOST) in their reaction to the Covid-19 crisis, Cosmik Havik shares the shipping costs with the customer at variable rates.

Cosmik Havik is working on finding a more sustainable, shipping friendly and safe currier.

For reasons of transparency Cosmik Havik publishes BPost shipping rates on its website.

The taxes applied to all our products is 21% as is legally established in Belgium. The prices of products and services may be subject to change without prior notice. European companies with a European VAT number (also known as an intra-EU VAT number) will be exempt from paying VAT when their billing and shipping address is outside Belgium.
European Union countries:
You do not have to pay taxes or import charges or both with an order made to Belgium or any country that belongs to the European Union.
For countries outside the European Union:
Taxes or import or customs charges must be paid at the delivery destination. Maybe you will be charged transportation taxes. These will always be at the customer’s expense.

Unfortunately, Cosmik Havik has no control over these charges or taxes, and we can not say in advance about these economic costs, since they vary from one country to another.

We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office to know the actual costs of the procedure. This way you will not be surprised by unexpected charges or costs.

All our shipments are made by certified mail with receipt notice. 3-7 days for the European Union (including Greenland), Although it can be less in many cases * In the rest of the world it depends on the mail in each country **

* The delivery time depends on many aspects. The first is stock availability, quantity, time of year, delivery address, etc. In case the product is sold out, the delivery will take an average of 15 days (including production and shipping).

If there is an error caused by the delivery company, such as a total or partial loss of merchandise, we will repeat the order after a waiting period and the delivery company will be billed through our insurance. If there is a problem, we will try to help you, but we can not be responsible for any loss in shipments to countries outside the European Union, as it depends on the local mail.

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased at cosmikhavik.com, you may do so within fifteen (15) days from the date of delivery. All returned items must be in perfect condition: unused, unwashed and with the attached labels. Items that do not meet this criterion will be rejected. There are different procedures to return or change an item. These are the conditions:

Changes:
A substitution of an article for another article is considered a change. In this case the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Before the change, please contact us at info@cosmikhavik.com

There are two types of returns:
Returns due to a defect on the item. In this case cosmikhavik.com will take care of the shipping costs.
Returns by personal decision of the client. We will change the product or we will return the customer’s money once we verify that the item is in perfect condition once the customer has returned the product. In this case the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Cancellations are possible to do so by sending an order cancellation email to info@cosmikhavik.com . This mail must include your name,  Order Nr, and date of order, and it must be sent 24 hours before shipping date. Cosmik Havik ships every Friday at 09:00 am CET (+01 UTC)

All cancellations following the described procedure are free of cost with exception of those using Paypal as payment option. Paypal charges a fee of 3,4%+ 0,35 € cts. This fee will be not refund to the client.
